  • Clark County School District, Nevada
    Colleagues on Call assisted the district in the creation of a customized model for classroom visits focused on student learning. Our consultants provided training, guidance, and materials development.

  • Riverside Unified School District, California
    Using writing as a framework, we have helped teachers integrate higher order thinking and engaging qualities of student work into K-12 learning activities in all disciplines.

  • Deer Valley Unified School District, Arizona
    During a three-year process, administrators and teachers have discovered the power of focused classroom visits and reflection on data. Evaluation conferences are becoming reflective coaching conversations.

  • Cobb County School District, Georgia
    Colleagues on Call helped the district utilize differentiated instruction as a vehicle for implementing the new state standards.

  • Albemarle County Public Schools, Virginia
    Working with a team of county administrators, classroom teachers, and university personnel, Colleagues on Call assisted in the development of a comprehensive reflective model for teacher appraisal. An annual summer institute integrates the model’s components with classroom practice.

  • Northwest Territories, Canada
    The elements of walk-throughs serve as a guide for professional growth in NWT schools, many of which are very isolated. Our consultants have provided training for districts across the territory.

  • Richland County School District One, South Carolina
    We have assisted the district with the systemic and systematic implementation of high-yield instructional strategies. This comprehensive model includes direct training, trainer-of-trainers work, follow-up school visits, and a parallel track for administrators. Walk-throughs provide data for reflection.

  • Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
    STARR Teachers (Select Teachers as Regional Resources) received in-depth professional development in the Learning3 Model, an instructional framework for student engagement and strategic thinking. With facilitation help from Colleagues on Call, The Leadership Academy created a focused, state-wide curriculum for leadership development.
