April Key
April Key’s career began in New Mexico where she was a kindergarten assistant and taught special education, and has continued in Nevada where she is now principal of the Global Science Middle School, Clark County School District, where she spends more time in classrooms than in the principal’s office. April has nearly completed her doctorate degree in the Educational Leadership Program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and teaches part-time for Sierra Nevada College. She presents at national workshops on the following topics: the link between student access and achievement, learner engagement, and using data to guide instruction.

Sharon Williams
Sharon Williams, former high school English teacher, junior-high building administrator, and central office program coordinator, is known nationwide for her expertise in leading planning teams and teaching people effective facilitation skills. She serves as Facilitator for the Arkansas Leadership Academy's Master Principal Program, working with new and veteran administrators to enhance their understanding and development of critical leadership capacities such as leading and managing change; building collaborative relationships, accountability systems, professional learning communities, and learning teams; and designing and evaluating adult learning experiences. Sharon has extensive experience as a classroom walk-through trainer, presents at national conferences, and provides contracted services to school districts.

Dr. Dode Worsham
Recently retired from Clark County School District, Nevada, fifth largest school district in the United States, Dr. Dode Worsham served as Director of the Leadership Development Department where she was responsible for the development and implementation of leadership training for pre-service and initial service administrators. An award-winning administrator, Dode has published books and articles in the areas of educational leadership and early childhood education and has been an adjunct professor at both Nova Southeastern University and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She is a frequent presenter at local, state, and national leadership conferences.

Debbie Fish
Debbie Fish is Director of Professional Learning for the Central Indiana Educational Service Center, serving 18 large school districts in the Indianapolis area. She serves as director and trainer for the Teacher Leadership Academy, an ongoing two-year experience for carefully selected teacher leaders. Debbie worked in teaching and leadership roles in both Indiana and Georgia before dedicating her career to adult learning and is herself an active, eager, generous life-long learner with training certifications in A Framework for Understanding Poverty, 4MAT, Developing Capable People and Thinking Maps.

Becky Fisher
Becky Fisher serves in leadership roles in both professional development and technology with Albemarle County Public Schools in Charlottesville, VA. She was the mathematics department chair in Albemarle's non-traditional high school and continues to serve in an advisory capacity. Becky consulted with the former Soviet Academy of Sciences and has taught college and university courses in assessment, technology, mathematics, and physics. Becky presents frequently at national conferences on topics of technology and leadership.
